the first principle of creating a cohesive group of people is to start with a unifying force. this unifying force is a collective manifestation of ideas derived from shared experiences.
but be mindful, experiences can be illusions made to manipulate you, which is why the world has turned out the way it is.
so what can we do about this. start with listening to others. probing people about their beliefs, not in the judgemental sense, but to understand how they’ve experienced this world.
it is not our responsibility to change others, only to build affinity. but be aware of their influence, when a coal isn’t hot enough, when placed next to another will be made to go out.
